Limitations

Team seat limits apply per firm. Starter: up to 10 team seats; Team: up to 20 team seats; Enterprise: unlimited team seats.

Storage allowance is measured in GB. If your firm's stored data exceeds the allowance, new bundle generation pauses until storage is freed, a storage add-on is purchased or your plan is upgraded.

Storage allowance covers all data your firm keeps in Bundle-B at one time, not a monthly upload allowance or a page limit.

No page-count limit is enforced per bundle, but very large scanned files consume more GB allowance faster.

Storage allowance covers all data your firm keeps in Bundle-B at one time, not a monthly upload allowance or a page limit. Uploaded documents, exhibits, media and generated bundles all use storage. File sizes vary, so a GB allowance cannot be reliably converted into a number of pages or bundles.

Practical tip: Only firm administrators can permanently delete bundles via the admin panel. Bundles deleted by other users remain recoverable for at least 30 days and still use storage until permanently removed. Storage use is recalculated at least once a day.

Media Evidence Workflows
